Battery Maritime Building – Casa Cipriani

The Battery Maritime Building, a 1909 landmark, was rescued from decay and transformed into a vibrant multi-use venue. The adaptive reuse project preserved its historic grandeur while introducing modern amenities. The ground floor maintains ferry access, while upper levels now house an event space with a restored Great Hall, a boutique hotel, and a rooftop club. This revitalization, led by the architectural team, addressed complex code requirements and honored the building’s legacy.
